  I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Alfonso, who works in the bakery department at your Pavilion store on Pico Avenue. Approximately three weeks ago, I visited the store in search of a sourdough bread to complement a meal I was preparing. I selected a loaf that was pre-sliced and found it to be excellent. When I returned the following week to purchase the same item, I located the bread but noticed it was not sliced. At that time, I was informed that no pre-sliced loaves were available. However, during my visit today, April 2nd, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alfonso. When I inquired about the same sourdough bread, he informed me that while none were pre-sliced, he would be happy to slice one for me. This simple yet thoughtful gesture demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciated Alfonso’s willingness to assist and his positive attitude. Employees like him make a meaningful difference in the customer experience, and I hope his efforts are recognized.   Pavillions in San Clemente is a clean, inviting store with some GREAT employees. On the contrary there are some employees here who are more interested in checking the Pokemon vending machine than doing their jobs. I understand you have got to “CATCH THEM ALL”… but when these employees are on the clock, going out of their way to hog the machine from customers and contributing to the madness that already ensues at the machine, it is very unsettling. They might as well be shopping for their own groceries on the clock. Multiple times I have been cut off by an employee on the way into check the machine before I shop for my groceries while getting continuous dirty looks from them. Regarding people who camp out at the machine or “glitch” the machine and take out stock to resell. These people should simply be trespassed from the property for a year as is done at other retail locations for loitering. Hopefully management can explain to the employees they cannot check machines, buy lottery tickets, or shop on the clock and maybe enforce loitering a bit more to make the experience better overall for people/kids who want to enjoy a hobby/shop in peace.

  I had an altercation with the rudest cashier this evening and I finally asked her why the attitude. This woman shouldn't be working with the public or representing your company.

  Pavilions This store gives off a calm, easygoing vibe the moment you walk in 🛒🌿. Everything feels organized, clean, and not overwhelming, which makes shopping actually enjoyable instead of stressful. The selection is solid — fresh produce, bakery items, and everyday essentials are all easy to find 🥑🥖. You don’t feel rushed here, and the atmosphere lets you take your time and just move at your own pace. What I liked the most is the balance — it’s not too busy, not too empty, just right for a relaxed grocery stop 😌✨. It feels like a place where you can quickly grab what you need or spend a bit more time browsing. Overall, a dependable spot with a good energy that makes you want to come back again. 🛒🌿🥑🥖😌✨🧃🍎🧘‍♂️💫

  I can’t stand how you can tell the workers are all there in on getting as much Pokemon as they can when they legit work there & customers have a hard time getting any product.
