  I have a food allergy to aioli and ordered my sandwich without sauce, which was clearly printed on the receipt. Despite this, the sandwich was prepared with sauce. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were rude, dismissive, and rolled their eyes. The sandwich was remade, but no one announced when it was ready. When I checked it, I did not see sauce this time; however, it was still not prepared the way I ordered. The staff showed no concern, even though this was an allergy-related issue, and I no longer felt safe eating the food. Another customer approached me afterward to say she experienced a similar issue with an incorrect order and rude behavior. This is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable service.

  Great remodel of the front dinning area and always has been the best Panera in OC because of location and culture. Friendly Cashier and Cooks, Approachable and friendly Management that I have seen go above and beyond to fix concerns or even when it's just giving out stuffed animals to all the little kids that walk in. No other Panera I have ate at does this let alone daily.

  Wasn’t excited about the $8.99 value duets going away, but this chicken fuji salad and tomato soup with baguette for $11.98 hits still. Panera has nailed healthier comfort food down to a science.
