- VSvan SDec 14, 20251.0This Albertsons in San Clemente off Pico smells like the sewer pipe exploded. You can smell the disgusting sewer smell right as you enter the store. It hits you with a ton of bricks. I thought it was just a one off instance but after coming several times it still smells overwhelming of sewer. The smell gets worse as you approach the meat and seafood counter which makes me very concerned about the sanitation and health safety. I will NOT be shopping at this location because of the concern of the sewer smell. There’s no telling how the food is stored and if sanitation is being properly executed. I will be reporting to the appropriate authorities.
