I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong store and instead of helping me resolve it, the manager Colby was completely dismissive and made no effort to find a solution, simply stating there was "nothing he could do." I eventually handled it myself by calling the other store, but when I re-ordered my food with Colby, he still managed to mess up the order (left off the bacon I PAID FOR). Between the lack of hospitality and the incorrect food, this was a total fail. It felt like a lack of basic effort or a personal issue. Definitely not the "legendary" service I expect from this chain. Will not be coming back.
