But people being deliberately unhelpful and making up crap doesn’t fly. I go to this location pretty regularly because it’s right next to my work. Sometimes the service isn’t great, but the convenience keeps me coming back. I think I may not go back for a few months after today Simple request today, give me the five meat sandwich, omit one of the meats, substitute more of one of the other meats. Pretty much any subway in the country will do this without batting and eye. Today I was told that I had to order it exactly the way that it is, and I could omit things, but not add, I’m not asking for more, I’m just asking to move the portions around a little bit, same net weight. It’s pretty easy to tell when someone just doesn’t wanna be helpful versus when a store has a bad policy, this felt like the Former. Having a job you don’t enjoy doesn’t give you rights to be insufferably unhelpful
