  I ordered when I was like 25 minutes away, it said it would be 19 minutes until carry out. I got here and she didn't even have my order, she printed the ticket and said "okay I checked you in". TO START MAKING MY ORDER??? Then didn't give me an estimated time. There's 4 other people waiting. She then said, "It'll be 15 minutes... For like, everyone." Terrible service. This order should have ALREADY been done before I even got here. ALSO-- no gloves on except for the cashier.

  Do no cone here!! Understaffed and no sense of urgency.. order saud it was ready online and still took 30 mins once I got there to get my order.

  This is the second time I placed an order online carry out in this place by Kendall Dr and the first time I was waiting in the store then I was told that my pizza was burned! So I have to wait for another one. The second time on 3/15/2026 I placed an order online to carry out, I saw in the screen my pizza was ready but noone came until 15 minutes after a guy appeard with my pizza but I didn't open the box until I get home 1 mile away omg the pizza looks old not fresh. That is disrespect to customers and the employees shall be removed.

  Tell me why I had to wait to pickup my order, then drive 1 mile away to get home and the pizza is cold, I had delivered pizza warmer than this what was I waiting for you can tell it didn't just come out if the oven very disappointed, and I even tip,felt robbed.
