  I think my sausage was spoiled, I spit it out. Omgosh they made us park in front, there were homeless ppl every side of us. I will never go back there again. Please ppl if it tastes funky, its rotten! Wish they had 0 stars

  To go food is always sloppy, poorly assembled. Went today to try their new Big Arch. One would think of there's a release of a new signature item that the said item would be properly assembled? Quite possibly there would be some indication that they cared about you liking it? Not here. Both patties were off the bun in different directions. More condiments on the box than the burger.

  They are rude here. Hearing anything else 10 times while ordering is so annoying. Let me think what i am going to say instead of saying anything else. Its not going to make me order faster. And then the girl charging u talking crap about the car after us. So unprofessional. Then girl giving us our food trips over me asking for ketchup and throwing it in my bag as if she had to take 10mins out of her day to get ketchup. Damn... if u want bad service come here. Maybe they were bothered because i asked for light salt. So mad that my large fries looked closer to a medium or small. Whats so hard avout filling it up normally not over stuff them just fill it up normally.
