  So Subway is one of those places where it's a hit or miss and they're usually a miss. This Sunbay, however was definitely a hit. Well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces out back. The place was clean, and Jimmy was very polite and attentive taking my order. The one thing I noticed right off the bat and that I appreciate so much about this Subway was how fresh and well presented the veggies looked. Tbh, every Subway I go into, I look right at the veggies and most times they look sad and disappointing. The veggies are what make the sammich a sammich! The veggies here had good color and were hydrated. Most other places, the onions are bleeding into eachother and the spinach looks gross. The other gentleman behind the counter, Jesus rung me up and had me on my way in no time. Excellent service and excellent presentation. 👏🏽

  got a soup & sandwich because i didn’t feel well and they went out of their way to get me my soup!!! thank u angie & jimmy 🫶🫶🫶

  Jimmy and Denise had excellent customer service I really enjoy coming to subway! Their customer service is so awesome I come every day now LOL

  I have to give a huge shoutout to Jimmy at this Subway location! From the moment you walk in, Jimmy greets you with a genuine smile and positive energy that really brightens your day. He's incredibly attentive and patient, making sure every detail of your order is exactly how you want it. The sandwiches Jimmy makes are always perfect – fresh ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully assembled. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and cares about quality. Even during the busiest lunch rushes, he stays calm, efficient, and friendly. What really stands out is Jimmy's genuinely caring attitude. He's not just going through the motions – he truly wants to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you're in a hurry or taking your time deciding, he treats everyone with the same level of respect and kindness. The store is always clean when Jimmy's working, and he maintains excellent food safety standards. It's clear he's a dedicated employee who goes above and beyond his job requirements. If you visit this Subway, I highly recommend going when Jimmy is there. Employees like him are what make a good restaurant great. This location is lucky to have him, and our community is better for having such a hardworking, kind person serving us. Highly recommend this location – specifically because of Jimmy's outstanding service!

  5 stars. my guy jimmy at this subway always hooks it up. super chill, fast, and actually pays attention to what you ask for. sandwich always comes out fire and he never acts annoyed like half the people in food service. if you pull up when he’s working, you’re getting the best sub you’ve had in a minute.
