Walked in and saw a an employee cleaning a machine. Zero acknowledgment, zero eye contact. I stand there for about a minute waiting while she finishes and once she’s done, she then walks to the back… again, zero eye contact, zero acknowledgment. Couldn’t even tell me that she’ll be right back. Waited a few seconds and just walked away. I get that employees might not like what they do but at least say hi or “I’ll be with you in a minute”. It was just her and I so it’s not like she was busy preparing someone else’s order. Never coming back here.

I don’t usually do bad reviews since I work in a restaurant environment. But, today this lady “Chrisy” was really unprofessional.
Arriving at Subway 20 minutes after placing an order through the Subway App. I was expecting the order to be completed with the 3 items. (I have received the notification that they were ready). Chrisy asked me if I am placing an order or pick up . I responded “pick up” gave the name for the order. Told here about the 3 items ( 2 subs and one nacho order) .. her response was, no just one item .. picked up the receipt pointed at the item.. we went back forth for about 1-2 minutes until she stated , “ I should be grateful that I was only charge one item” . My response back was that was an unprofessional statement which made her respond “well I’m not professional“ well I can see that this Subway store does not care about service . After calling my wife for a picture of the order through the app . She finally looked at the other bag that was next to the nachos. Realizing that was also my order, she just place the other bag next the nachos. Did not apologize but just walked away from the counter and went to the back.
For the manager/owner , I can give you my two cents but I know you guys do wonderful job. ( unless it’s no longer the person I know)

Shows its open until 9pm but went at 7:45pm and it was closed.
