  The customer service sucks ..I placed an order on the app and it took the more than 45 min to get it to me I had to remind them about it .so many times they need to keep track of their orders and get them out on time .I literally got my shakes melted ..that's how u know it was sitting there .

  Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible service i was so excited for this establishment to open and the wait time is 25 minutes to 45 everytime there i ordered online parked in the stall it never gets me check in i went inside and waited a additional time everytime and when I go to the drive thru they make you pay than make food as you get to window than wait a additional time 24-45 minutes it's mind boggles this i had high hopes for this place but at this rate I see it closing in months ........................

  This place takes over 15min just to receive a drink. They just watch you form the window. They don’t move with any sense of urgency
