  If you’re going to Outback on Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, Ca… ask for “Alexis”. She’s the best server! Pleasant, attentive, cheerful, energetic— we had the best service from Alexis. She’s great!

  We went to outback on San Bernardino Thursday evening. Our food was good.(we thought) service was good but my granddaughter got food poisoning from her hamburger. No one else in the party got sick (thank goodness). I let Russ the manager know what happened. He said he would refund my check, he did not, he took my number and didn't check to see how things were. I would suggest to stay away.

  We visit this chain often, but this was the first time we didn't have to wait 30 minutes for a table. Even though it was seated to capacity inside as usual, we were lucky to get in right away. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. A refreshing and great experience

  Our server Alvin was absolutely wonderful. He even stopped to say a prayer when he saw me limping and pain. besides the very attentive service the atmosphere could use some remodeling. I'm sorry but the steak definitely needs to be marinated. doesn't have much flavor except for the searnon the top. The sides were average as best. Strong drinks

  Located on Hospitality Ln near Carnegie Dr (across from The Home Depot), this Outback Steakhouse offers plenty of parking. We visited on Valentine's Day for an early dinner. Although there was a one-hour wait, it was completely understandable given the occasion. To start, we had their Spinach Dip which was creamy, cheesy, and flavorful. It is served with chips which was the perfect way to start our meal. I ordered the Center-Cut Sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. While I requested the steak well-done, it came out slightly overcooked and dry; but, the flavor was still excellent and I enjoyed the meal. The sides were fresh, and I loved that their Cherry Coke is made with real grenadine. I also enjoyed that they brought us bread w/butter as we waited for our meal. The restaurant was clean, organized, and maintained that classic Outback atmosphere and full bar. A huge shout-out to our server, Monique, who was super attentive and welcoming despite the holiday rush. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!
