When I mentioned that my order was incorrect, she responded with, “Oh well, go talk to my manager at the next window,” and then closed the window on me. Thankfully, the manager was extremely kind and helpful, but Marina’s attitude really ruined my morning.

The playground for children is not controlled, teenagers are climbing into games where it is supposed to be only for minor children. Workers are not really aware of what is happening, as they rarely go out to the counter.

My fries have been soft and taste as if they were cooked in an air fryer because they are not crispy, slightly limp and just bland. Also I dont understand why I order a large and for the last 3 visits, I've had to wait for fresh fries only to get the carton half filled. Mind you this is a large fry that I'm paying $5 for to get medium size quantity (this time I took a picture). I don't understand what has changed but I hope they get it together. In this economy, quality and quantity is important. This location has been missing the mark on both. I have lived over here for 11 years and this was my go to McDonald's but I am starting to rethink my options.
