  The absolute worse smoothie bowls. The texture is like its just blended ice and they extremely unripe fruit as toppings. I didnt eat any of it

  Wow, just left this Jamba Juice and I'm absolutely disgusted with the staff. We walked in, both workers just stared at us with no greeting. This wasn't a huge deal but it definitely set our expectations to what type of environment we were in. We ordered our drinks, the young lady who took our order was clearly irritated or upset, I asked her how her day was going and she asked what I meant and I just restated my question. She was very unresponsive and I told her that it seemed like both her and her colleague were in a bad mood. We proceed to place our order, I ordered a custom drink that's not in the menu. She took both of my husband and I orders. When she completed both drinks she said which one was mine, I knew immediately it was incorrect due to the color. I asked if she put raspberry in it, she said yes and I said oh I didn't ask for raspberry. She proceeds to grab the drink with a super funky attitude, she literally says nothing. No apology, no notion that she would made a new drink, nothing! So weird! She walks in the back grabs another blender, begins to put stuff in the blender with a weird aggression, SLAMS the blender down and make the drink. When she's done she puts the drink in front of me with no words. At this point I'm like what is going on in here. I ask when will the owner of the store be in. She said they do not come in. I ask who is the manager and her colleague says I am, my mouth drops open (I'm shocked!) This young lady was just as rude and silent! At the same exact time I'm tasting my drink and it's literally not the drink I ordered. So at this point I just want my refund. We expressed our disappointment to the manger who is unapologetic and basically could care less. I honestly think she allows her employees to conduct themselves in this manner. She gives us the refund, I leave the drink on the table, and we walk out and drive over to juice it up. I would absolutely love to see a new staff in this Jamba Juice. I hope the owner knows what's going on because people who are that unkind can only scare customers away.
