  Passed thru the drive thru and had bad service due to the old dyke and every time I go it’s the same thing they forget my sauces and on top of that,the lady is rude and very un welcoming they should take her off the mic and have her doing the food.

  My family absolutely enjoys the food and the cleaniness of the restaurant, plus the employees are pleasant.

  It’s El Pollo Loco, so the line can move a bit slower since they make the food to order. Honestly though, it’s still usually faster than In-N-Out. You get fresh, grilled food that actually feels lighter than most drive-thru options, and it’s easy to grab something quick without feeling weighed down afterward. Reliable, tasty, and a great go-to when you want fast food that doesn’t feel like a bad decision. Definitely my favorite drive-thru chain.

  I love the grilled chicken at Pollo Loco. And today they have more fast food Mexican dishes to offer at a good price.

  Super small side of rice for over $5 bucks is so ridicules the price for such tiny portion. I saw this until I got home and realized that was not even enough for one person. Very upset about this insult to the portion. The drive thru person sound like being upset because doing orders and doing the window just show no atención to then person in the window because they rush to take orders. Order the 8pc chicken and is way over cooked, to dry to eat, I live far and not worth driving back to return and talk to a person there, is been bad experience and not just this location but other pollo loco stores I been too. Inconsistent, wrong orders, overcharged, attitudes, not the experience they promise. Literarily not worth. The only reason I left this comment is because I hope this was a mistake and some action is taken.
