When we arrived at the store, they started working on it and told us to wait 15 minutes, but after 30 more minutes, our order still wasn’t ready. When the pizzas were finally brought out, the order was wrong and they forgot our garlic bites, and we realized that the pizzas sitting there since we arrived were actually ours — they had been forgotten or there was poor communication when someone went on break. As a result, our pizzas were cold and soggy. The manager explained that she’d have to cancel the entire order to issue a refund for the missing items. The manager also seemed frustrated with the inconvenience this was going to be for her and proceeded to tell us that they were short staff. At that point, it was 2:46 PM, and everything was cold, so we chose to cancel the order altogether. Very disappointing experience with both the service and communication at this location.

We got an order that totaled close to $50 but they said they had no chili flakes or parmesan cheese packs to go with it. I believe those cheese and pepper packs are pretty much basic condiments for pizza like ketchup is to fries. They said they no longer have them so we were surprised. We went to Papa John's later, and got some packets for free. The food was good but disappointed for not having the chili and cheese packets. Next time I will go to Papa. Because I will always go to Papa in the end.
