However, once Robert, the store manager, became aware of the situation, everything completely turned around. Robert went above and beyond to repair the experience. He took the time to explain and sincerely apologize, all while clearly juggling a very busy Monday night dinner rush with what seemed like an understaffed team. Despite that, he made sure the store stayed on track and that we received everything we needed. On top of that, the delivery driver Jose was incredibly kind and apologetic when he arrived, which we truly appreciated. While the start was frustrating, the outstanding customer service from Robert and Jose really made the difference and brought the experience back up. Thank you both for your care and helpfulness!
