  The management here is absolutely terrible. My sister has been trying to dispute a charge after being double charged, and for the wrong amount, which has been a constant battle to get her funds returned due to their unprofessional management who are unwilling to do anything about this matter.

  Came here for the first time to try a Buffalo Wild Wings , unfortunately it was not a good experience, we sat at 720pm and our salad arrived at 817pm and our wings at 838pm very long waits for refills and our waiter was not available to assist we had to ask other servers for help. Anyways , I gave it a chance for the first time, not coming again. Habanero wings were good tho.

  Great for watching games but that’s it.Wait times for food to come out are really long even an appetizer took 45 minutes. Food came and the fried were cold and chicken bland. Asked for a no bacon burger and it still had bacon on it. Never an apology-. The burger was sent back and we asked for it to just be removed and it was still on the bill. Definitely not worth returning to this place.

  I’ve lived in Rialto my entire life and have been coming to this location for years, so it’s truly disappointing to see how far the quality has dropped. I placed an online order earlier today and scheduled the pickup for 7:00 PM. When I arrived home — just 15 minutes away — I was shocked at the condition of the food. Both large wedges of fries were extremely hard, dry, and overcooked to the point of being inedible. I’ve ordered from this same location many times over the years, and never once have the fries come out like this. I know some might assume it’s because of the drive home, but that’s absolutely not the case. The fries were clearly left sitting for too long or cooked far in advance of my scheduled pickup time. To make things worse, even the wings were overcooked and dry, which made the entire meal disappointing and unenjoyable. My family and I were really looking forward to dinner, and it’s frustrating to have spent our hard-earned money on food that was clearly not prepared with care or attention. I strongly believe the staff prepared the order too early and let it sit under a warmer until pickup, which completely ruined the food’s quality. When someone places an order ahead of time for a specific pickup time, that order should be freshly made close to that time, not hours earlier. After years of coming to this location, this experience was enough for me to say that I will not be returning again. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes action to ensure customers receive the quality and service that this location used to be known for. Recommendation: Do not waste your money here, and if you do place an order, do not schedule it ahead of time, because it’s clear that this store does not take proper care to time orders or serve fresh food anymore.
