    Major props to whoever was cooking on the late shift tonight (January 10)! The food was the best I’ve ever had at any BWW, and the takeout employees were friendly as always. Great location!

    Waited 25 mins for staff to acknowledge that different parties were waiting to be seated in the Host area just to be told there’s a 30 mins wait due to the kitchen being backed up. While waiting to be acknowledged staff walked around looking at the crowd form in the front without getting someone to help. We had to ask the Take Out area if we were going to be seated. Very frustrating.

    My mom and I went to this place and did a pickup for our food not really our food because my mom is doing Uber eats to give some one their food because it’s raining and I don’t wanna go out there so my mom Told them it was an order and then it took like 30 minutes. What a waste of time.

    Went in on a Monday night, half the place was empty, there was still a line at the door and a 15-20 minute wait. Got sat near the bar at a high table. Waited 30 minutes, didn't get greeted, no drinks, no waiter, no order taken. Just left. This place needs new leadership because obviously its not run well.

    Sat down and order quickly however the order took longer then the wait to be seated and giving the order combined. Ordered traditional wings and a sandwich with fries , sandwich was a lot smaller than expected and fries were cold like they were waiting for the rest of the food to be made and just sat out until served cooks forgot to put our side order of guacamole on the plate.. our service was great but the food very disappointing... The wait would of been worth it if the food was great but it wasn't
