I ordered 5 piece tenders and fries through DoorDash. The restaurant is only 1.2 miles away from my job location. Everything was ice cold when I received it. The tenders were actually undercooked and raw in the middle. Made me sick to my stomach. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I told her about the food quality and that the tenders were undercooked and she actually implied that I was lying “no we check our meat temperature before we serve the food” she started arguing with me and hung up. Rude and unprofessional customer service I would never eat there again. What if my toddler ate that and had gotten sick? Terrible. Here’s a word of advice: if a customer calls in and reports that the food wasn’t thoroughly cooked, you should probably listen and not argue with them so that no one else gets sick. Or maybe you just don’t generally care

When I went to Arby’s I was greeted by a really kind cashier , his name was Robin and for my first time being at Arby’s I didn’t know what I wanted and he came in with great recommendations on what I should try ! And his customer service was so good and he was very nice :3!
