- ERErika Ramirez3 days ago1.0🚨BECAREFUL 🚨 DONT REMOVE MY REVIEW. I had a very disturbing experience at Chick-fil-A located on university. I found a roach in my food, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I called to report it, the employee who answered, Mariah, was very off-putting and seemed to treat the situation as if it were normal, which made things even worse. There was no urgency or concern shown. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority. Check your food!

A vehicle damage incident occurred during the drive-through order on 04/04, and we were assured that someone would call us back and reimburse, but no one has reached out yet. It’s frustrating to be left without any update or support after the issue happened on-site. I expected better accountability and customer service from Chick-fil-A management.

I paid 56 dollars for my mediocre order, I wont be eating at Chick-fil-A again, they are over priced and the workers they hire are rude.
- VFVance FoxApr 2, 20261.0The food is OK but the service is horrible they consistently forget meals and or parts of the meals which you then have to inconveniently drive back to pick up and when doing so the customer service is very unresponsive and uncaring they just hand you your meal or parts that they forgot and no thought for the inconvenience they have caused you for you time and money my suggestion is that you always check your meals before you leave this location.

I double check the receipt to make sure I didn’t mess up but its never me. I think they just need to pay a little more attention to their orders.
