This review is specifically for the meat department, not the whole store.
I went to the meat counter yesterday and asked for a 3 pound pork roast shoulder from the kid behind the counter. There was a piece that he weighed which was only around 2 1/2 pounds with a lot of fat in it. I told him I needed 3 pounds. I was making pulled pork and wanted close to, if not a bit over 3 pounds, not under. There was a 9 pound piece that he put on the scale and then he proceeded to try to cut it. He sliced two pieces off of it, which I had never seen done before but thought it will be in the Crockpot so it should be ok. Those two pieces did not come close to the 3 pounds I needed. He then adds a 3rd piece to the other two, which was 1/2 fat! I told him I did not want that piece as it was full of fat! He did not seem to know how to cut a 3 pound piece off of a 9 pound roast. And instead of asking for help, which he probably should have done from the beginning, as well as been trained a lot better than he was, he messed up the simple order. Then his boss comes over and asks what the problem was. I said I wanted a 3 pound pork shoulder roast. His boss says to me, very rudely, something along the lines of, “we sell the roast as is and if you want the fat cut off after it is cut/weighed we can do that, but we don’t cut the fat as it is part of the cut.” HUH?!!! I was not asking the kid to cut the fat off of the shoulder roast. I said to his boss, “he is trying to throw this piece of fatty pork in and I do not want that piece. I will go someplace else and I will not come back to this meat counter. His response was, “Fine!”
I realized later that the boss man who came up at the end of the process must have thought I was asking the kid to cut off the fat from the 3 pounds of roast that I asked for. NOPE, not even.
I went down the road to another market and asked the butcher for a 3 pound pork shoulder roast and he gave me a full 3 pound roast just as I asked for. Sorry, Andronico’s meat counter (meat boss), but maybe you need to train your butchers better and find out exactly what is going on before being so rude to your customers, mr. meat boss.

Goof butcher and fish section, nice produce, I would give this store more stars if the wait at registers was not such a nightmare each and every time!.
I don't know why they don't pay for an additional cashier. Always only 1 or 2 guy, dozen customers in line. Its a lack of respect for customers as for employees.
Prices in the store should afford a cashier!
I would come everyday if they fixed this issue. Now I avoid. Poor management?
