- MCMaria Cruz3 days ago1.0"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I placed an order at the wrong store by mistake and called immediately—multiple times—to cancel it before any food was even prepared. It took over 10 minutes of being repeatedly placed on hold just to get someone to speak to me. When I finally got through, the staff flat-out refused to cancel the order, stating they 'didn’t want to lose money.' It was handled as if the refund was coming directly out of the employee's own paycheck. There was zero effort to help or find a professional solution; instead, I was told 'oh well' and to deal with it elsewhere. This location needs more knowledgeable management and employees who understand basic customer service. Customers should not be forced to pay for an order they tried to cancel the second it was placed because the staff is too lazy to pick up the phone or process a simple cancellation."

But for some reason the service today was genuinely so good I had to write a nice review. The food was done in 10 mins for a classic wing order, and one of the workers was nice enough to bring out fresh fries on top of the fries we already got. I almost thought it was gonna be the SpongeBob episode with the food inspector but no the guy was just being nice. I didn’t catch his name but people like that are what give the service industry a good rep.

I waited another 40 minutes before I got my food. Then when they gave me my food it wasnt right. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, guess what no extra seasoning on my fries. I ordered a 10 piece and I was only given 9 pieces. I'm so mad right now.
