  Sent my boyfriend go pick up my order and I waited in the car the woman working told him he needed the confirmation number before giving out the order so he came and got my phone to show,she then tells him no that she doesn’t see the name even though it said the name and he told her multiple times he then got frustrated and came out telling me she won’t give him the order that he showed her everything,I had to get out the car and show her again and she was yelling very rudely telling me it’s policy she has to ask for it but what he showed her was literally what I showed her and even though I’m showing her the confirmation and name she goes on to ask me what’s in the sandwich as if we’re lying, we showed the subway app that says we have an order anyways it just ruined my day and took time because we shouldn’t be going in a store 3 times to try and get a order we paid with confirmation it was almost like defamation of character as if she thought my boyfriend was some food stealer even though he had confirmation I just hate people of judge off of looks with confirmation proof I should’ve gotten my order handed as soon as I showed it !!!

  I was going here quite a bit until once in December when I got the smallest sandwich ever(in photos)Barely anything in it. About a month later I thought I’d try again with a different person because I thought maybe it was the person, but same thing a pretty small sandwich bigger the first, but barely any veggies on it.

  bought a sub the lady was super stingy with the food not even worth what i paid for ask her to put more and she just added a little pinch to it i was just gonna leave because i was really mad but my husband was really embarrassed
