- SASofia Aldape6 days ago1.0This is yet another unacceptable experience with the South Main store. While I recognize that the employees are working hard and that the issues may not be entirely their fault, management clearly needs to step in and address the ongoing problems. I continue to order from this location solely due to its proximity to my home, and every time I do, I regret it. My online orders are consistently delayed by 20–30 minutes beyond the stated pickup time, and on one occasion I waited nearly 50 minutes. Most recently, on Sunday, I placed two separate orders—one boneless and one bone-in. After waiting an additional 20 minutes past the promised time, I discovered that my order was incorrect, as I received all boneless items. This is not the first time my order has been wrong. This repeated pattern of delays and errors is unacceptable, and I have learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from this location again.

When I arrive, the guy says they ran out of fries and don't know when they'll get more or where his manager is because he " disappears all the time" . I asked for a Refund because I had a 1 year old and a 5 year old waiting on the car with my wife and got attitude from the employee who said he couldn't refund me because only the manager could do it. Then all the employees basically hid in the back and ignored anyone there who didn't walk in for a new order. No food and lost my money. Never coming back here again and I suggest others do the same.

Today, January 3rd, I placed an online order, and it was supposed to take between 28 and 38 minutes, but I've already been waiting 45 minutes after arriving 40 minutes after placing the online order. A terrible place, and the employees are unfriendly. I will never come back again
