They dont honor them at this location. They were clipped on the app and on the paper flyer but multiple items didn't have the discount they said they should. The cashier said they could refund the difference at customer service. It took forever. When it was my turn I showed the worker my issue, at the other store its usually a quick fix. However, here she needed to talk to manger for some reason the portly lady with glasses was not really helpful. It was a small amount that needed to be refunded but she did not even try to help. I showed the app had the sale and the item would scan and have the sale on that item. It was a huge list of eligible items she wasted time going through ever ge product saw it was there and didn't give the refund this time she said it was the 1 item would get the discount. That the coupon would not repeat. I showed her if you add it to the cart in the app it repeats. I dont know if she is just a low energy person and didn't want to help but she was just digging her heels in the ground. I even was about to just return the whole cart to not give them my business since she made it bigger than she needed. Than she was willing to do that. I said you know what never mind im just not going to come to this location anymore. I recommend you also dont shop here. Safeway advertise great deals but if you actually want to get them and not the over priced amount go to the location on constitution.
