This McDonald’s on E. Alisal St. in Salinas is always packed, but not with customers actually eating. There are always the same groups of people taking up 2–3 tables for hours, just chatting, drinking coffee, and doing crossword puzzles. It’s been like this for years, and management never does anything about it. Regular customers can’t find a place to sit and eat. It’s frustrating because it makes the restaurant feel more like a hangout spot only for these people than a place to dine for actual custumers.

Customer service is not the greatest here... the staff never greets there customers... when ordering in the app they just give you the food and close their window.. they dont bother saying hi or asking if anything else is needed

Aqui les dejo esta foto de la trabajadora grosera y mal educada que me trato muy groseramente al estar comiendo me dijo que ya estaba cerrado el loby y le conteste que estaba bien que iva a terminar de comer y me iva a ir y se molesto empeso aventar las sillas y a estar diciendo groserias cuando me sali fue a tocarme la ventana de mi carro y no supe que me dijo porque no abri la ventana y de ahi me baje del carro para hablar con el manager y reportarla y Alex que es el manager me dijo que no podia darme el nombre de ella pero que me daba el de él y con eso hable a customer service para abrir un caso y pues la van a investigar, espero y la despidan por grosera😠 ningun cliente se merece el trato que me diò porque gracias a nosotros los clientes tienen trabajo, está desprestigiando el mombre de la empresa.
Si el dueño supiera la clase de empleados que tiene inmediatamente los despediria con justa razòn. Y todavia la muchacha sínica se pone en pose para tomarle foto y publicarla 🤬
