This is my go to McDonald’s in my hood, it is literally down the block. The staff is always alert and ready and as soon as I walk it clearly seems like they are interested in what I want. Big ups to da homegirls from da hood.

The only problem that McDonald's ever have is these homeless people and the manager doesn't want to do anything about the situation they stand by drive through the stand outside or the inside of the restaurant asking customers for money or they're staying outside when you got your vehicle they ask you for money or they're taking in trash can or by the drive through ask for money

This McDonald’s on E. Alisal St. in Salinas is always packed, but not with customers actually eating. There are always the same groups of people taking up 2–3 tables for hours, just chatting, drinking coffee, and doing crossword puzzles. It’s been like this for years, and management never does anything about it. Regular customers can’t find a place to sit and eat. It’s frustrating because it makes the restaurant feel more like a hangout spot only for these people than a place to dine for actual custumers.
