Came to get my child a happy meal, probably the poorest experience I have had at a McDonald’s. I was standing at the front to have my order taken. Someone after a few minutes asked me do you need something? I said I would like to order, I was told “order at the Kiosk. “ I ordered at the Kiosk got my order 10 min later my order # was called there was no interaction just food left out on a countertop. I checked my items, unfortunately not what I ordered but I wasn’t waiting around to have it fixed. I would rather to go to IN&OUT Burger for the prices MCDonalds is charging and the service they are providing.
