I got the double chicken bowl and salsa verde quesadilla. I ordered at 6 pm and got my food within a few minutes. I know it's a chain, but I will vouch for this specific location!

Why hire people with no customer service & multitasking skills? It’s not that hard to be friendly? But theres a newer young girl working there, at the drive thru who is rude, has no customer service and doesn't give me what I ask for. I went there tonight at about 8:50 and was rude at the drive thru window, she charged for cilantro dressing that I wanted and never gave it to me. Handed me my order while talking to another girl insude not even acknowledging me. And a couple weeks ago it was the same girl had an attitude, gave me the wrong drink. I almost dont want to go there anymore because she's always the one they have at the drive thru.
