  Service was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We waited about 15 minutes for a table without any acknowledgment. Mariana, made eye contact with me twice but never smiled, greeted us, or communicated about the wait. Instead, she focused on refilling napkins, which apparently took priority over guests standing there waiting. After finally being seated, we waited another 10 minutes before being helped. Our waiter was okay — he took our order and the food came out fairly quickly — but the overall experience reminded me why I don’t usually come here. What really concerned me was seeing a cook come out of the kitchen touching his nose and then return to the kitchen area. I didn’t see him wash his hands, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Customer service and cleanliness set the tone for a restaurant, and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.

  You know I been here at at 7 :30 I been waited until 9:20 they haven been even have a table for us to set and eat although there were a lot of table within the restaurant but they were not willing to set people it’s really occurred for me that customers that were waiting they were not willing to help them to eat it’s very strange this location missed mange by their a shift manger or general manager they have to take look more in to their business because they can’t afford to survive Even the People to pay and eat. It’s funny.
