  They prioritize online orders instead of the customers that actually show up. I came in at 12 with only carnitas being available as the protein. They said they wouldnt have chicken for thirty minutes even though i saw a worker slicing chicken right behind her… turns out they just wanted it for online orders. Not really any point in showing up anymore. Just order online and hope for the best.

  I was just there and they refused to make a quesadilla. They said their machine was broken. Yesterday they didn’t have lettuce at 8:00pm when they close at 11:00pm…… this is NOT good for business.

  I doordashed a Burrito bowl on 4/18. (My order was White Rice, Chicken, Black Beans, Green Salsa, Sour Cream, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Lettuce, and Cilantro Lime Sauce with a side of chips). I normally got steak, but wanted to get chicken this time. I received my order in a timely manner and it was great. They were very generous with portions and it was filled nicely. The next day however, I wake up in the morning with food poisoning from the food. Chipotle has never made me sick, mainly due to me keeping my order the same, but the one time I get chicken, I get sick.

  I ordered a burrito and it wasn’t done when it was supposed to be done. they forgot the guac on the burrito and also my chips. i walked back in to ask if i can get the guac that i purchased and i overheard one of the female workers say “oh my god” as she looked at me and side eyed her co worker. foods good but customer service is not that good everyone has an attitude.

  I placed an online order at 8 PM and requested extra corn, extra sour cream, and fajitas in my bowl. I also tipped, which I now regret. When I received my order, there was hardly any corn or sour cream, and there were no fajitas at all. When I went to pick up my food, I told the staff my name, and my order was handed to me somewhat abruptly, almost slammed on the counter 😭. It would have been helpful if I had been informed that the fajitas were unavailable at the time of pickup. Overall, the food was good, but unfortunately, it was not what I paid for.
