  I ordered a quesadilla and a small Mountain Dew. The quesadilla was not cooked. Just a tortilla with shredded cold cheese.

  Came home to eat my food and a stapler was in my dorito taco. Luckily I spit it out. I called and was offered a taco replacement but I declined,not worth the risk again.

  3/19/26. Went to order food through drive through around 10:40 pm. Drive through cashier was hella rude and disrespectful. Told the customer to “hold the hell up”. Not how you suppose to talk to customer. Need to be fired or retrained on customer service. Didn’t buy anything from them and went to MD.

  This was the worst! I ordered a Nacho Del Grande and asked for them to sub black beans for meat and the lady asked me if I wanted just beans only and no cheese or nothing else on the chips!! WHAT?! That's never happened. Did no one ever tell her that people don't eat meat so they want to sub beans but leave everything else the same in the order!!! So when I get my food, the serving was measly, and there was nothing grande about it. There was barely any cheese or bean and sorry exucse for tomatoes. So three toppings for a meal called Del Grande! In past years when I ordered this same meal, it came with cheese, protein, tomator, lettuce, sour cream or maybe I was just imagining it. Where do y'all get off raising prices and then giving people toddler size servings with few ingredients?! You will never get patronized by me again.

  I just left Taco Bell on Florin Road in the Southgate Plaza. The lady at the window literally just sat there for three minutes and then I’m gonna say I’m ready whenever you are never greeted me then when I ordered, she kept asking me is that all… I ordered a number two supreme with no tomatoes. They didn’t put my sour cream on my tacos, nor did they give me my chips and cheese that I paid for Lady at the window was extremely dismissive and did not care to check my bag, I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. Meanwhile, people were getting arrested in the parking lot.
