  I asked the sauce and they don’t put any sauce they just put whatever the see and when I went the store and ask about the sauce we will gave you this time free🤦‍♂️

  I placed my order using the self-service kiosk, and after waiting 12 minutes, it still wasn’t ready. When I finally managed to get a worker’s attention (which wasn’t easy), I asked about my order , and he seriously asked if I had even paid for it. What kind of question is that? Of course I paid , I had already been waiting almost 15 minutes. Only after that did they actually start preparing my order. This is just terrible service.

  Arrived almost 15 minutes after my food wa supposed to be ready. I was ignored and didn't receive any acknowledgement at all until I called someone over. They couldn't find my order. Once they did, they started making it. I watched the worker's shoddy job of not hearing the food correctly. My order was the left to sit for more time once completed, whole I heard workers chatting at the drive thru window and processing their orders. I had to speak up AGAIN to relieve my undercooked food. All the while, two other customers who got there before me still hadn't received their food. One person on their lunch break was waiting over 20 minutes before I got there. I stayed to make sure the other two people got their orders in a timely fashion. By the time I got home, not only was my food refrigerator cold, but it's clear neither of my two items were even properly heated, and there was zero attention put towards making the food. If I didn't understand apple cash to order, I would contact my bank to get a refund for lack of services provided. Now I know for the future.
