I don't understand how people can call this Mexican food when it tastes like water. Also my burrito had a stem in in from the avocado. Good thing I didn't bite too hard on it, could've chipped a tooth. I didn't bother to even mention it to the staff, but I did to my colleagues. Won't be going here again!

I actually live about 2 minutes from the Laguna location, but I’m willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to come here instead. At Laguna, I ordered online and went in for pickup, but wasn’t greeted and waited over five minutes before someone assisted me. A couple of employees passed by without acknowledging me. At the Franklin location, I was greeted right away when I walked in and the staff checked to see if I needed anything else. Overall, the service here felt more attentive and welcoming.
