- GKG KRMar 4, 20251.0My experience at this Subway was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Sayeh. They were unnecessarily rude and did not handle customer interactions appropriately. Good customer service is essential, but their attitude made the visit uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I went to the location for the first time today and it had been a while since I ordered Subway last time. After being unsure what kind of bread to order, I didn't get asked what cheese I would want or what vegetables to add. The staff member just threw in some basic tomatoes and lettuce to rush me out of the door. After remembering what my prior experiences at different Subways are, I am appalled by the terrible service at this location (not to mention the sticker shock but that's everywhere). This is definitely not the kind of Sandwich I wanted and I would not go back any time soon.
