- WDWinson DengMar 4, 20261.0Ordered my sandwich using the app, but the owner lady refused to make it and claimed they didn’t receive the order. I showed confirmation email but still she didn’t care. Had to gave up my sandwich and move on to work. Bad experience.
- ANAlly NFeb 11, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. My sandwich was sloppy and poorly put together from the start. After I began eating it, I found a hair inside. I have clear photos and video. While my sandwich was being made, I watched the employee handle other orders and touch other items with the same gloves before going back to my food. That alone was concerning. When I called to report the hair, I was told I needed to bring the sandwich back to prove it. I explained I had photo and video evidence and that I did not want another sandwich — I simply wanted a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that neither employee had “white hair,” which felt defensive and dismissive. Finding hair in food is unacceptable. The lack of care in preparation and the way this was handled has completely turned me off from returning. I will not be coming back.

I asked for black pepper several times, then they put salt on it, with a side of rudeness! I took one bite and spit it out. Left angry with my sandwich on the table. I am not going back to this location.
