The wait time here is atrocious. Sonic should be ashamed. I don't blame the staff AT ALL. They are never rude, always kind but they are just as confused as the customers. The apps don't work right, the stickers state drinks and slushies are 1/2 off when you order in the app but the app doesn't offer 1/2 drinks for this location.
Summer is coming, hopefully they fix the issues by then. All around just awful
I’ve been here 3 times and they have been fast and friendly with good food each time. I don’t leave reviews much,
and I can see people have had bad experiences but I just wanted to share my experience.
Arrived at 10:45pm on Tuesday 17 March, pressed the red button on the order board and waited. The lights were on, the place appeared to be open and Google maps said they were open until 11pm so we waited for our order to be taken.
After several minutes waiting and watching a vehicle go through the drive thru we chose to also go through the drive thru. We were informed the kitchen was closed and they only had a limited drink selection.
Please update your information to reflect your actual policy. I did not appreciate the inconvenience.

I dont know what's up with these reviews, my fiancé and I have been here a handful of times and our order has always been correct and service has been good. We order it online and wait at one of the stalls, never had an issue. From the reviews you can definitely tell that a lot of people are not tech savvy and also very impatient! If you're seriously complaining about waiting at a fast food joint and then getting upset with staff, then maybe you need to reevaluate your choices or, you know.. cook at home? The workers are obviously young adults / teenagers, give them some grace.

So, there is of course the time that I had to wait to actually order, which was five minutes, and then the fifteen minute wait for my food. But others have talked about that enough. However, what really annoyed me is the fact that I said, right at the beginning, that I was ordering for a group, so it would be a larger order, and then after every single part of the order I made, the person I was talking to kept on saying, "Is that it?" And because my order was longer, I had to hear that repeated over and over. And then after I got my order, they had not given me one of my drinks, but i didn't realize until I got home, so I called the store about it at which point I was put on hold for 9 minutes, at which point I just gave up. So yeah, probably not coming back.
