The fruit and salads looked terrible even though the expiration dates were still far out. There were gnats flying around in the produce section too, which was honestly pretty nasty and made me not want to buy anything from that area. The staff also wasn’t very friendly. When I went to self checkout, there was a heavyset white guy working there and he was very rude to me. I was trying to figure out how to use my EBT card since they have the newer cards now, and when I asked about it he snapped at me and was very rude about it instead of just helping. The attitude was unnecessary and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I know what basic customer service should look like and that definitely wasn’t it. I literally live across the street, so this store is very convenient for me, but after that experience I won’t be buying fruit here anymore. And I’ll definitely avoid self checkout whenever that employee is working. The produce quality has gone way down and the overall experience was disappointing.

The first time tje lady told me she will check for me about what I was looking for and put me on hold for 6min and then would come back I guess to see if I was still there and without saying anything to me just put me on hold she did that about 3 times. I would hang up and call back and every time she put me on hold and then would just hang up on me. What kind of customer service is that. Will not shop there anymore and making sure no one i know does. I don't do Rudeness.
