I always shop at this particular store and it always seems that there are issues with them, which I choose to ignore. Well, this was by far the worst experience that I have come across so far. I spent over $138.00 and the delivery guy failed to contact me and ignored delivery instructions which was to hand the order to me. AHMAD H. didn't read delivery instructions and tried to report that he delivered the order, which he did not! I have not received anything. I contacted support and they had the nerve to ask me if I received a delivery photo, of course I did not. Isn't that your job? Then I was told I could have the order delivered again, but not until tomorrow at an undisclosed time. Some people have to work, I cannot wait all day for delivery that may or may not happen. I was then told I have the option for a complete refund. I think it should be without the generous tip I gave AHMAD H in advance. We shall see what transpires, but I have lost faith in this store. Unless they can make it right, they have lost a regular customer who spends a lot of money in their store.

I appreciated that the checkout line moved quickly and the cashier was friendly without being overly talkative. Overall a very smooth and comfortable shopping experience.
