  Ray's Chicken & Fish delivered a quality comfort food experience. The crispy fried red snapper and fries were on point. This spot is all about flavor and value. The seasoning hits hard—in a good way—and portions are big enough to leave you full without breaking the bank. It’s the kind of place where the food comes out hot, fresh, and unapologetically indulgent. The atmosphere is simple and more takeout-focused, that’s not why I go there. I come for the crunch, the spice, and the consistency of a solid meal when it matters most. Perfect spot for a quick, filling meal that doesn’t disappoint at a fair price. The hush puppies and corn bread are better than most.

  I can’t believe I’ve never tried this place! The catfish was very flavorful even without any sauce! The fries were just as flavorful too. And the cornbread was the best cornbread I’ve had! Can’t wait to come back and try the chicken, jambalaya and gumbo. Looking forward to making this a regular spot!

  This was my first time. Next time I will go in there and not door dash . I did not care for the fish or chicken. The fries were ok the okra and shrimp is all I would eat I will try one more time but there in person

  Can’t say much about the food or the service as I got takeout, but, I literally couldn’t eat the food I got, IT WAS COVERED AND I MEAN COVERED IN AN INSANE AMOUNT OF SPICE, now I understand some people like that. But I have a medical condition, spicy food will literally cause me to cause medical condition. I specifically asked for nothing spicy. And was then given a sandwich DRENCHED in spice. :(
