  1 star bc 0 isn’t an option. Called over 20 times an no one answered. Was on hold with a ringing phone for 3 min each time and the phone just hung up afterwards.

  I had picked up my pizza 20 mins later and their warmer wasnt on where they had my pizza waiting, so now my pizza is cold and now, I'm putting more cheese on it and reheating it in my oven. Had such an amazing and delicious pizza from Pizza Hut at Thunder Valley last night that I decided to get another one today near my home but damn, I could've just gone to little Cesar's for their pizza puffs or better yet, just bought a Digiorno at Safeway instead. This quality is terrible!!! I'm never buying Pizza here again.

  Ordered delivery pizza was cold, the pasta was hot and the cheesy breadsticks ci were barely warm. Called to tell them but there manager was too tally unhelpful. The pasta was the only thing edible. My son is diabetic so waiting for receiver was not an option. Too pricy for cold food and bad customer service. I would give zero stars on customer service.
