  I walked in and stood at the display case waiting for service, there was a girl restocked lids and straws by the drink dispenser and I could hear voices in the back. 2 guys came into view from the back as the girl walked to the back counter, 1 guy sees me and says "Welcome in!" But as i was about to ask for an orange cranberry slice, he than turns and talks to the girl for a second and goes back to the depths of the limbo(?). As the girl steps up to the register, again I start asking for a slice of the orange cranberry loaf but she starts talking to a guy who just walked up saying something about the app messed up his drink order. After he gets his cup, she looks at me and I ask if I can have 1 of the orange cranberry slice...she's like "what?" So I repeat myself, this time in a more snottier tone...she grabs me what i have been asking for, and I order a drink too. The guy comes back around and apologizes for not realizing that he jumped ahead of me, which I was polite back as he was being nice about it...but I feel (and i worked at Java City Cafe at Loehmann's Plaza back in the 90s) that its on the employee to step up and say something as she knew I was there. Her tone was dripping w/ honey afterwards, but not once did she apologize or informed the guy someone was in line ahead of him. And as I just moved to town, I had some business at the bank next door but had to wait til he returned from his lunch break. Won't come back here or bring any of my friends here, that's for sure. 😳🤔🫢

  Thanks to Michael and the team at Panera for always preparing my team and I such yummy lunches!! Super quick service and great customer service.

  Terrific business. Always clean and the staff is always smiling. Their food is fresh and quickly made. Lots of seating event during the lunch rush since many orders are to go. Chairs are comfy and outlets work…a rarity at restaurants nowadays when so many actively try to rush you. The entire staff is kind and you can see them working together in the kitchen (open view). Kudos to all…Mike was super helpful today when I was working after my lunch. Highly recommend the caprese focaccia!

  Listen it’s hard to tell you how amazing this Panera is. Everyone here that I’ve spoke with is amazing. From the tallest to the shortest. 😂 Justin/Torri The managers here are the glue and very kind! Anna is just the greatest. Amanda came in and made the place more efficient. Jess and Disa upfront are awesome! I’m not yelling your listening to softly. Walking in this place is often if not everyday the highlight of my morning. Food is great customer service is on point and like anything that is they are growing together. If Panera had a badass badge they’d all get one! Aaron here is just an absolute delight to see and speak with up at the register. Coffee is always hot and on point. I go to a lot of Panera more than anyone reading this. So this is gold standard review type isssssshhhh! I bypass other Panera to come here. It won’t stay like this forever but I enjoy this environment and team more than I can tell them! Pistachio cookie was amazing!!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread. I asked the employee at the counter if I could use the restroom because it was honestly an emergency. I was told they didn’t have the key. When I said I could wait, I was then told the restroom was only for paying customers. What made this even more frustrating is that I’m actually a regular customer and spend money here frequently. I’ve also personally seen homeless people come in, grab food from the counter area, and walk out without anyone saying anything. Something similar even happened to a coworker of mine — someone took the food that had been set on the counter for her order, and she ended up having to get another order made. Meanwhile, when a regular paying customer who supports the business has an emergency and simply asks to use the restroom, the answer was “no.” The way this was handled felt very rude and dismissive, especially considering the situation. Honestly, after this experience, I’ve realized the food isn’t even worth it to me. In my opinion the quality has gone downhill, and I can cook better food at home. Experiences like this make it easier to understand why some customers feel frustrated with the brand lately. After this experience, I won’t be coming back to Panera Bread again or spending another cent of my money there.
