- CCChris CMar 27, 20262.015 minutes waiting for two bagels with two customers in the store when I arrived. Unfriendly service. I understand online orders are big money makers, and understand having someone devoted to them. But somehow it feels insulting to be sitting waiting for two bagels when your the last customer inside and see multiple orders be made and wrapped up and set on a shelf. Edit: bagels were cold and looked like they had made them thin. Will not be back.
- GAGerman AcostaMar 22, 20261.0the store dirty inside, presentation of the employees not so neat, hair hanging out of the hat not leadership pressence, coffe station coffe pot empty( hasselnut vanilla), I requested more coffe employee went to brew more coffe but did not put attention he did not open the coffe pot start brewing, he make a mess on the floor he just bring towels to drop on the floor and just leave there. At the end finished drinking a regular medium roast coffe. I choose Noah's NY bagels instead of other options in the area, because of my previous experiences on other locations. This time I regret my decision.

The bagel was half the size of a usual one and it seemed smashed when I received it. One guy was doing all the work and no one had a smile. Other customers were also frustrated with the service.
