  We tried to order our food using the Kiosk and found out the hard way starting over kicks you out and you need to input the code again. Issue: the system will not allow you to use the same code. So we went up to the cash register to order and had to wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and another 3 before someone took the time to take our order. Manager was useless. She just told they are and to use the kiosk. If it worked we would have. We had 4 other people waiting behind us.

  03/ 21 /26 Today at around 2:30 PM, I arrived at McDonald’s to pick up an order. Unfortunately, despite arriving on time, the staff did not give me the order and their behavior was not appropriate. At this location, there are two female employees—one tall with blonde hair and another shorter with black hair—who treated me very poorly and unprofessionally. I hope the management provides proper training in customer service and professional behavior before assigning responsibilities to employees, so that such issues do not happen again in the future.

  Intieror of the store is hot humid and uncomfortable. Air conditioning either does not work or management refuses to turn it on. This has been ongoing for a year and more

  Management is a joke, they were complicit with letting a woman harass a group of middle/high school aged boys, she even left her own table to sit next to one of the boys. An employee, possibly manager, told a couple that were defending the boys to leave, same employee/manager specifically said “it didn’t matter” that the woman was harassing the boys, it’s a “family” restaurant & the couple needs to leave. If they condone adults harassing children, that is truly disappointing.
