  Late‑Night Service Issues I’m really disappointed with this location. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve come here late at night and the pies I ordered were cold. Each time, I’ve had to wait 15–20 minutes just to get warm pies. On top of that, the girl working the counter had an attitude, which made the experience even worse. It was 1:30 AM, and once again, there was no ice cream. It seems like anytime after dark, the ice cream machine is “down,” which has become a constant issue at this location. At this point, the owner really needs to come through late one night and see what customers are dealing with. Between the cold food, long waits, attitude from staff, and the ice cream machine never working, this place needs serious improvement

  Recently I visited 3773 Northgate Mc Donald’s I have been a customer for over a year and I was really impressed by a cashier named Julian. He was so polite and friendly and reached every detail to make our visit memorable. Out of so many times me and my family have been there I have seen and met many workers and believe me they are so rude and ignore our needs. Hopefully they hire more workers like Julian, people like him deserve every single penny they earn and make their business look greater 👍

  Over the past two years, I noticed that everytime I eat McDonalds, I feel sick and angry afterwards. Like, this really might be Devil's Food. I decided to try some fries recently. They tasted good (hot and salty), but shortly thereafter, I felt sick. So, yeah... Im done with the 'Golden Arches'. Employees were nice though.

  At 4:33PM on 2/28/2026 I got food for me and my FIance I was first helped by a lady named Alyson she was verry welcoming and willing to help out and was really clear and fast with getting my food to me! Ashton is another person that I would love to talk about He asked us if we need a drink carrier and ask the the questions that I normally have to ask he was super sweet and kind even offering to carry out the food and drinks to the car! There is a reason why we go to this establishment is because we actually get taken care of unlike the one that is down the street on Norwood and Jessie that messes up on orders, This one on Northgate actually takes care of its Customer base and cant wait to go again! also to note the place is always nice and clean so no issue there! So to you Alyson and Ashton good job! you are super amazing people never loose that cause holy cow you deserve a Raise and Promotion I dont usually leave reveiws but this one I am propud of and need some of the spotlight be on them any way got more food to eat! Thank You!

  I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience at McDonald’s, mainly due to customer service. I first tried ordering at the kiosk, but it wasn’t accepting cashless payment options, so I went to the front counter instead. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though staff clearly saw me waiting. Once I finally placed my order, the food came out quickly. I went back up to ask for sauces and my caramel macchiato, and that’s when I was told the machine was being cleaned. I wish I had been told that before I ordered, but I waited patiently anyway. After about seven more minutes, I checked again and another employee asked if anyone had told me the machine was being cleaned. I explained that I was told only after ordering, and eventually my drink was made — but not until after we had already finished our food. What really stood out was how unprofessional the environment felt. While I was waiting, an employee was on break at the dining tables getting a back massage from someone while still in uniform and visible to customers. That was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness. I also asked if a manager was available and was told they weren’t there, and that the staff present were the supervisors. Customer service makes a huge difference. Even if food isn’t perfect, good service can make up for it — but this experience felt disorganized and unprofessional overall.
