  Drive thru takes forever every single time. Don’t open your app til you get to the speaker because it takes a few minutes to get up there & then your code is invalid. You refresh the app & it’s still invalid. They forever mess my order up. Today was right because I told them about they get it wrong all the time. Staff is eh. I’ll be going to another one from now on.

  The WORST customer service. I ordered online and went on my electric scooter to pick it up. It was pretty late so only the drive thru was open so I proceeded through and the worker straight denied to serve me my food! I asked for a manager and she just radio'd to her and said no. I don't give a damn what your policy is i paid for that food and I was on a vehicle! So I politely asked the car behind me to pay for it and said if give them the cash which I did and the worker then tells her they aren't going to allow her to do that because I have a bad attitude! I couldn't believe it! Bottom line the WORST McDonald's ever?

  3/2/26 Drive thru is very unorganized, someone starts taking your oder then dissappears. Next thing you know you are waiting while the other lane takes the order of 4 cars that got there way after you had originally started ordering. Once they finally come to take your order again they get interrupted and start showing the other lane's order on your screen. Doordash the orders or go inside from now on, avoid the drive thru.
