  They were closed, employees were present its open 24hrs but they were closed! and rude! I just had a question and staff was very unprofessional, I don't expect perfect service but at lest decent is enough.

  Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I went here last week to order a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese. Had a feeling they were going to mess it up thank goodness I live a few blocks away I opened my bag to find a McGriddles with egg and cheese. I said ok fine mistakes happen I’ll drive BACK and go inside. once inside, it’s chaos and it’s barely 1030. I go up to the manager what looks like and I tell him that they messed up my whole order. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese emphasis on the no cheese and I said can you please make sure that they get it right showed him my app and everything he said OK I got you. I’ll fix it. Finally, I go home open the bag look to see if it’s a sausage egg McMuffin with no cheese and what do you know it’s just two English muffins, egg and a piece of ham how do you mess up a specific order twice AND I went in person the second time. I used to work in fast food so I try not to give people a hard time but I live a few blocks from this McDonald’s and this is about I wanna say the fifth time they’ve given me a wrong order or messed up my order since living in Sacramento for the past two years. I called the McDonald’s customer service on the app to see if they can fix or give me a refund they didn’t do anything as well. Just said they were gonna send them an email. This is the most useless McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I finally said to hell with it because at this point with gas prices, it was costing me more to go back-and-forth to fix an order than for them to just get it right the first time. I would give it no stars if possible.

  This McDonald’s get zero stars The lady at the drive-through was practically whispering so you couldn’t hear what she was saying. And then when I got to the window, she refused to give me my chain saying it wasn’t very much. If I’m not able to pay what they’re asking, they say it’s OK no they don’t.

  I normally won't write a review unless it's going to be at least mildly positive. I try to look on the bright side of everything but as far as McDonald's go, this is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. They have trained me to never leave the drive up without checking my bag. I can guarantee you that at least 75% of the time something is missing or wrong. I was picking up somebody at the airport. It was late and grabbed a quick dinner. I didn't check the bag and I went home. Two people spent almost $35 on food, which is incredible for a fast food joint, Many things were missing or wrong I the bag. I was almost 100% sure we got the wrong order, until I got to one of the burgers which was made the way we wanted it. I guess that's the bright spot? When I went the next day to tell them, all I got was pushback and arguments. I went back because someone that I know was sick and wanted a full fish without tartar sauce. Apparently this was too much to ask. My Coke tasted like a diet Pepsi. There was no ketchup and there was tartar sauce on the filet o fish. I go here just for the sheer comedy of it.
