  Placed an order for driver thru in accident for a 6 piece nugget and I couldn't go through the drive thru so I went inside 4/3/26 at 11:15 and the lady doing front was absolutely rude I asked if I could get my order she said not and that it was my fault and to place another for inside pick up that she didn't have time I just had a 6 piece nugget that could've took her less than 2 minutes. I work in fast food so I definitely know how it is. Absolutely worst ever McDonald's ever. I was being so nice and patient I wanted like 30 minutes and she just ignored me like is it that hard to get me a 6 piece nugget. But she was giving free large cups to other ppl that didn't even order. She has tattoos all over her hand and speaks Spanish. She kept saying my name and speaking Spanish like if I didn't know Spanish. I even asked her is she wanted me to walk in the drive thru to give me my order just some nuggets like it's not hard. I left after 30 minutes didn’t even get my food she just turned around and ignored me worst service managers don’t even say anything. They don’t care and that’s disgusting.

  This establishment doesn’t deserve any Stars horrible customer service. The food is absolutely putrid the Manager Hazel, very rude and laughed when I was showing her my food. I have a video if I could post a video here I would absolutely. Sacramento has pretty good service been here over 20 years never really had an issue like this. The English muffins were burnt there was brown stuff all over the eggs from the big breakfast and the eggs in the sandwich were green, I could barely get a good picture of the sandwiches. She was taking them out of my hand too fast, but I got a screenshot from my video. It’s OK to mess up then you fix it with good customer service what’s not OK to laugh and be rude when something is not done appropriately. And then she tried to turn it around on me and say that it wasn’t made how I liked it and I just simply asked could you make it correctly. Sheesh

  More often then not the orders Incorrect and generally as I've witnessed and you can generally expect some kind of clap back while trying to correct the order rather it be yours or their fault seems irrelevant and lord plz don't have to use the rest room, just know that you've been prejudiced and deemes less than worthy so they'll create a story or just flat out deny you usage of the facilities with attitude garuenteed
