  would give it a negative 1 if possible very rude not welcoming at all ordered on the kiosk for a mcflurry and fries got charged didnt get my food or a refund just walked out because they were ignoring me plus 4 other people and when taking an order they were being rude to lil kids saying what else I understand it’s frustrating but you don’t completely ignore customers that are in line the service was completely TERRIBLE the workers there make the environment attire to their customer service which is NOT THE GREATEST

  The burger was cold and dry, the cheese wasn't even melted, the fries were cold and I had to pull forward and wait out of drive through. I wouldn't mind having to wait if the food was hot off the grill but this was no the case.

  Dirty. Bathrooms, tables and floor all need cleaning. Bags cups still on the table which need cleaning off.

  Yeah I was here on 3-12-25, around 6 PM. I literally just asked for ice and water and the young middle eastern man just stared at me like a ghost. He stammered and became extremely nervous. I asked him again, he emphasized, "Did you pay or buy something?" I told him, I just need water. They made an insane deal about "water" and two other female employees came by to codemn me. One wagged her finger and declared, "No—no water for him." As she shaked her head as if it was an apocalyptic situation. I reasserted, "I just need water." Another latina woman came by, shaking and severely distressed, "You have to be a customer. So—water is just only for customers." Lol... I looked at them as if they were crazy. I have never had a tumultuous and combative encounter over literally water. Ironically, I was there earlier and a young female employee gave me water without question so... It's definitely passive aggressive trauma for sure and they don't have that right to put all of that on me over a little cup of water. Do better... for humanity's sake! And yeah, I won't come back here. Outside is dirty, trash and dirty clothes are everywhere and inside isn't better. Inside has trash everywhere and homeless people. You can tell the management here is highly incompetent, and the franchise owner only cares about one thing, "a paycheck or money."
