  Wonderful customer service and my drinks are always made perfectly, the pretzels are also very delicious. The employees that work in this location are kind, respectful and never fail on giving me flawless service each time I visit there is also a chance they make extra amount of your smoothie if you order a large, then they pour the extra amount into a tiny cup to go with your large cup. I 100% prefer this location over the Arden/Howe location.

  Popped in to use the restroom after spending a bunch at the candy store right next door which doesn’t have a bathroom. Boy behind the counter legit asked me if I’d placed an order and wouldn’t give me the code bc it’s for customers only. Just bc I don’t order at that moment doesn’t make me not a customer bc I love Jamba Juice. Not going to order anything there any time soon bc of this experience. When did we lose basic human decency?

  This Jamba Juice is always quick and efficient. Service is wonderful and the smoothies are usually amazing! The pricing however is becoming so high. I paid $10.50 for a SMALL cold hot chocolate. My husband's MED white gummi was $9. Tasty, but pricey!

  Drinks we’re way too watery. I asked them to remake them and they were just as watery. Might as well have just bought a juice. Beware.
