  My family and I came in just to get some ice cream, expecting a normal, pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the interaction we had with one of the employees, Mariah, was extremely disappointing. My mom walked toward the restroom area, not realizing it was closed. Under her breath, Mariah said, “Why would you even go back there? What makes you think you can do that?” Our entire family heard the comment, and it was very rude and unnecessary. I told her that the remark was disrespectful, but instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, she began arguing back and raising her voice. The situation became uncomfortable quickly. The other employees actually seemed embarrassed by her behavior and asked us to please ignore her, which says a lot about how inappropriate the interaction was. We came in for a simple ice cream outing and instead left feeling disrespected. I hope management addresses situations like this because customer service should never involve talking down to guests or arguing with them.

  Mid customer service for mid ice cream. Employees don’t smile or greet you hello even when you’re smiling at them and thanking them for their help each step of the way. Tipped them for a $9 ice cream cone and they didn’t even hand me my cone just walked away. Should have not put in any tip for the mediocre service in this economy.

  The ice cream is great and the atmosphere is outstanding. We will definitely be back for a second try.
