The fries DID NOT AT ALL live up to the Five Guys test. They were not crispy on the outside at all, and nowhere near mashed potatoes in the middle. I was so disappointed. The burgers were decent but it’s like without the fries, everything just didn’t seem as good. Their service was pretty good. There was one guy that seemed like he rather not be at work and when I went to ask for something he turned around looking for someone else to help me, even though he was completely able. Didn’t really seem like the shift lead was doing much leading either. The atmosphere was great in the restaurant overall. I have to be honest, overall I wouldn’t visit this store again.

I tried getting a hold of the store and no one would pick up the phone after 7 tries. To anyone wanting to buy from here, always go in person and double check your order before you leave.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
